Abbott’s rest is the most remote location on the site, . There is vehicle access and parking. As you know, we are perfectly located at the heart of the North Norfolk Coast but idyllically hidden from the crowds. This accommodation is fairly unique. It’s the blue ribbon, it’s the gilt edge.

Ideal for couples or families with two young children the tent could also accommodate 4 adults.

There is a large 3.5m x 5.5m raised, covered deck perfect for dining by candlelight. There is a king-sized 4-poster bed and two futon matresses that roll out from under the bed. There is lots of space inside the tent with comfy leather sofa and coffee table. The spacious interior is fully furnished for 4, has standing room all the way around and space for board games and relaxing. The wood burner is beautiful and will get the tent warm and cosey in about 15mins. The campfire area outside is ideal for cooking, chilling with a beer and toasting marshmallows.

The new hot shower is amazing, wash basin and flushing loo are just 20 yards from the tent in a separate structure. There is also a kitchen sink with hot and cold running water.

We supply :
Tables, chairs, everything for cooking – A two ring gas burner, lights, crockery for 4, coffee and tea making facilities, cups, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, bread board etc. cool box with frozen gel packs. There is also a campfire with grill for camp cooking. We also give you a basket of firewood to get going.

You bring :
Your own sleeping bags or other bedding suitable for the luxury, king-size bed and the 2 single futons if required. Although the tent is cosy, the nights can be cold so you should bring extra blankets. Please bring all your own consumables e.g. loo roll, washing up liquid etc.
